Dr. Babacar M’Baye is guest editor of a special issue of the Journal of Pan African Studies focusing on Africana Cultures and Policy Studies.

Michael Kithinji is examining the problems of educational development in East Africa.

ACPSI is currently planning a conference in 2007 calling on scholars, artists and activists to innovatively and creatively address issues of culture and policy.

Kenyatta Phelps is addressing the impact of relationships and negative experiences on blacks in higher education.

Dr. Zachery Williams, is addressing the relevance of a black foreign policy constituency in the globalizing world of the 21st century.
